At Nuevo Hogar Home Care Providers, we pride ourselves on relieving the difficult hardships of everyday living for clients who are ill, disabled, or retired. We are licensed by the State of Texas to provide Personal Assistance Services.
Our bilingual English and Spanish speaking team serves clients throughout Texas Region 10, including El Paso and Hudspeth Counties.

Personal Care
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and other approved personal care tasks.
Meal Preparation
Help preparing meals and supporting a safe daily meal routine.
Mobility Assistance
Non-skilled assistance with walking, positioning and transfers according to the service plan.
Light Housekeeping
Assistance with authorized cleaning and laundry tasks related to the client’s care.
Shopping
Assistance with approved grocery and essential shopping activities.
Errands
Assistance with authorized errands and essential community activities.

We work with families, programs and community partners.

Private Pay
Private-Pay Rates
Private Pay Special: Receive care for $17 per hour when scheduling 21–30 hours per week. The regular private-pay rate is $20 per hour.

Do you provide services in Spanish?
Yes. Nuevo Hogar provides bilingual English and Spanish support.
What programs do you accept?
STAR+PLUS, Molina Healthcare, El Paso Health, Area Agency on Aging, Adult Protective Services, and private pay. Requirements vary.
How do I start services?
Complete our New Client Interest Form or call the office so we can review the program, authorization status, location and current staffing availability.
Can I choose my attendant?
Attendant selection depends on program rules, qualifications, availability, relationship restrictions and authorized services.
